I wasn't a fan of Savannah character before, she always seemed to me to have a bit of Marry Sue in her. But this book was a complete redemption of her in my eyes. Simultaneously the plot thickened and gave glimpses of future stand-off. Plot lines from all earlier books came together in this one. A global was is coming. Back to the characters - I loved the way Armstrong portrayed development of Savannah through losing of her powers. From arrogant all powerful witch to almost normal human with limitations it comes with. Adam and Savannah chemistry is my favorite one. I can't wait to see their relationship development that will come in future books. It deserves its 5 stars.
